Welcome to

Holy trinity

with st matthew

We believe that all are called to be on a spiritual journey and what matters is not where a person is on that journey, but actually being on the journey itself. Therefore, we seek to welcome all people regardless of the stage of their spiritual life, their struggles and failures.

St Matthew's Church a bilingual community of faith. We have different groups in English and Spanish, and just like Jesus called God his Father abba in his own mother tongue (Aramaic), we too worship God and pray in our own language.

Our model is taken from the letters of St Paul, when he reflected on the nature of the Church. We are one body, one parish, one community, one family. Just as a human body, we breathe through our two lungs. Each of the lungs has its own characteristics and needs, its richness and challenges, its uniqueness. But having both is what make us what we are, a very open, inclusive, friendly and welcoming family.

Take a look at our upcoming events below. Everybody is welcomed - there will be a space for you. If you would like any more information about any of the events, please, contact us via email or telephone. You can find them at the bottom of this page.

prayer request

"Do not worry about anything, but in everything by prayer and supplication with thanksgiving let your requests be made known to God. And the peace of God, which surpasses all understanding, will guard your hearts and your minds in Christ Jesus."

Philippians 4:6-7

We are passionate about praying for our community and people who live in it, as well as our local community and our church fellowship.
Prayers are offered daily at St Matthew's as well as on the Sunday Eucharist. If you would like someone to pray with you, please feel free to submit a prayer request using the form below.
(The prayer list is renewed every Sunday and lasts for a week unless you indicate us otherwise on your request.)
